Anyone do these?
I did some benches last night as a finisher. Just repping with 225 going super deep with the cambered bar.
I got a great stretch and was pumped. I feel like my chest is fuller and bigger today.
The actual workout consisted of just doing some bands followed by board presses. in 6,6, 3,3, 1,1 rep scheme. However, I feel like the cambered bar press got more pec involvement. Also, I am having problem gettign the weight off my chest. Lockout is solid.
