Calves are a difficult muscle to train and build. I suggest you train them 2 twice per week. Alternating between Seated and standing calve raises. If you have someone to train with you can do donkey calve raises in between sets. Calves need to be trained harder because you use he muscles more frequently, thus they need to be shocked into growing. Heavy weight and 15-20 reps. Flexing in between sets. They will grow.
