I am curious if there is a website or if anyone has the nutrient breakdown of different fruits. Everything else i eat has a nutritional label so i know how much prot/carbs/fat i am eating. Any help would be appreciated.
There is probably a more efficient resource to check on this but I like www.fitday.com
