I'm moving to EF from another site so thanks for having me. My first post:
I just finished my cut and I'm ready to head back up for a long bulk. I've cut down to a very lean 6-4 190 for summer. I'll be running my 3rd cycle and I'm wondering if I'm getting the calories I need in order to throw on some mass.

Currently planning on 40/40/20 with exactly 4,000 calories spread over 7 meals. It's all clean and most of the carbs come from around my workout and breakfast.
Is 4,000 too much or not enough for this cycle? Don't want to be a fatboy again.
