Calls from weird ph#

I keep getting a call from this weird number and every time I answer its silent for a secont then goes into staticy sounds. I've tried calling back but it won't go through. When it calls the number shows up as 999-999-9999. I'm starting to feel a lil sketchy. Usually a telemarketer or some other phone scam bs comes up as unavailable or private.

If it was your house line... prolly a telemarketer.
