I have the most painful callouses...its really effecting my deadlifts. My hands are small, real small, so when I do grip the bar it pinches the skin. Ive tried ignoring them, cutting them off, all to no avail, any suggestions on fixing this... gloves are no help, because they make my grip weaker (i hate my gym, wont let you use chalk
)
