Calling Chest Experts...

for a little help regarding my chest routine.

I like keeping my chest workout to 4 exercises or less. I always do a flat bench and incline bench. Right now, both are DB's. I also like to finish with crossovers. So basically my questions are the following:

1. What's the best exercise to add to this workout. Possibilities include Incline Flyes, Dips for Chest, or Decline DB's or barbells.

I plan on doing dips for triceps (I train tri's with back and bi's with chest). Didn't know if doing them twice, even though differently would be okay.

2. Crossovers. Best angle. From above, middle, or below. Need overall development. Mix it up? What are your opinions?

Im not an expert but give your stats such as:

-age
-weight
-height
-what kind of weight you using for your exercises
- how long have you been training for

It will help other members to give you advice.

I like a 10-15 degree incline bench for my dumbell presses, deep dips are awesome too, so if you wanna add something you could add dips, some people like pullovers too.

Why do you have to have 4 exercises anyway?
