ive posted this on another board with no replies...............in l.a. can you easily get into clubs on the sunset strip? i've heard that some are hard to get into

with the exception of skybar and a few select others, there are plenty of ugly, unstylish losers that get in every night. If you don't know where to go, myagi's is a sure bet, they let anyone in ... plus you are right next door to chateau marmot and fairly close to the standard. Skybar definitely has the most exclusive crowd though. (fake boobied milfs and up and coming actors mostly)

just stay at the mondrian (good hotel anyway) and you'll automatically get into skybar no matter how UGLY you are.

i stay at mondrian bout once a month... but i have to say, it's way overpriced. The minimalist design scheme they have attempted only works well in the lobby and inside asia di cuba. The rooms need major work for what they cost. It is true though, hotel guests can always get into skybar... our last bar tab there was over a g though... don't let girls order bottles. I felt like puff daddy

no shit, the mondrian is WAY overpriced but it still USED to be packed. I think they've lost a lot of ppl to the standard now.

I go to dublin's if I go to the strip....its the only place i feel comfortable....i'm just a guy...not trying to be somebody special

SaddleBack Ranch is cool if u wanna meet down to earth people and just hang out and see pretty chicks. Rest of the club people are VERY super-ficial and fake, and it's all about "who" you are, and "who" you know.

is that the place w/ the mechanical bull? every time I have been I had to leave cause I couldn't even make it to the bar through the crowd....looked like a pretty cool place though
