I know that squats are pretty much an entire leg work out, but it seems like my calves are going to explode when i do squats. im 275lb 6'2" and not lookin to pack on size because i dont need any. i squat 325 for reps and lately i havent been able to finish my second set of 12, this has been 3 weeks now. i have lowered the weight to 300 or 275 and still the same results. i have been running more now that rugby season is upon us but ive never had this problem befor. maybe im over training my calves? any opinion or should i just work them till they bust through the skin. thanks
