I used to get them very bad. stretch that muscle very very good before you jog and it wont be soo bad. Make sure you recover before jogging again. It will never go away if you dont.
i tried a jog on winny oral at 50 mg per day. My calfs cramped up so bad I had to walk the mile home looking like a muppet.
I have a friend who is a sprinter who used it and got awful cramps also.
I have that too.
Once I went to the shopping center and played Dance Dance Revolution. After so many steps I couldnt even stay up, my leg was burning BIG TIME. But Im always on 1gr of test year-round so the pumps come from it
