Calfs burning while jogging

This has happened a coulple of times. Sometimes when I go for a jog my shins start burning and the muscles tense up to the point were I cannot jog anymore. It feels like my muscles have been worked to exhaustion. The other day I only jogged for five minutes before it started. I was thinking it happen because of my bulking cycle. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I am taking 500mg Test E, 400mg Deca, 45mg of winstrol ed. My weight is 210 and I am 13% body fat. Before the AAS's I never had this problem. Any help would be apriciated.

the shin part? or the calf?
I used to have painful pumps in my shin muscle while playing bball.
Dont know what caused it and it didnt happen all the time, think it had something to do with the muscle facia.
get your water and calcium intake up and take a multi-vitamin - see if that helps

i would guess the aas man...but if you're speed jogging it may be normal...i play soccer and my calves will cramp sometimes if i'm doing long distance at fast pace.

sounds like shin splints to me IMO. I used to get them alot from running the only thing that made it better for me was rest or a lwr impact cardio

Try cycling or the ellyptical machine instead of jogging for cardio; these are no impact cardio machines - so no effects on the shins

well i dont think its the gear because my wife gets them and i know she not using you need to keep the water intake high and stearch really good before running or jogging

O and add to these sence i have to wait 600 seconds before my next replay thats kinda stupid thats the admin rule what ever

that's shin splints bro. the muscle is trying to "tear away" from the bone while you run. i get it too. I'm thinking there might be some type of band to put around your leg to prevent this not sure though. might want to try a sports store for some type of band or strap to keep your shins tight while you run.
