outsatanding calfs bro awesome work but you need to shave your legs lol
hahah oh boy i knew that was comming

I love bodybuilding but shaving my body is where i feel kinda strange,I trim hair up and stuff but to break out the razor? I am more of a rugged kinda guy
shaving just is not for me.

thanks for the props I work the calves 2-3 times a week. actually its 6:30 am and i gotta hit the gym before all the old farts get their and sit on the equipment.

How much do you weigh bro? I'm only an inch taller than you and approx. same bf% but my calves are a still a bit less then 17. F!

...good work by the way... and I'm with you on the shaving.

shaving = :rainbow: ??

does any1 have a link to nelson's thread?

I don't have a link but I think it was basically 75 reps of whatever weight for time. In other words, 75 reps as fast as you can... and that was it.

I think it was that but I could be wrong.

awesome results, dude!

although i am usually not an adovcate of hair removal i think in your case you should to show off those gains.

That's the basic premise. It took me a long time to figure it out because there was no literature on it but I've found slow twitch muscle fibers react best to time under tension more than reps or the weight used. It worked for me, then it worked for my clients, then I had people writting to me on how it worked for them and I've even seen some exerpts in mags and journals quoting me on it , which I take as a high compliment. It really was just an experiment I tried. It just took me 30 years to figure it out! LOL

The chapter explains the routine in full detail.

Same thing for forearms and traps then?

thanks guys for the props
someone asked my weight
5'8 193-197lbs at around 10% right now 31-32 inch waiste
Ive been 220lbs but was a fat slob with a 36 inch waiste but i was the trongest i have even been in my life when i was a puffball

My goal is 205 at 8% bf dont plan on ever stepping on stage so the rigerous goal of getting down to 4-5% is one that I'll have the pleasure of not having to do.

hey alin nelson posted up in errs thread the link
basically
I do all three standing,seated,donky
Pick a weight that is moderate do 75 reps to 100 reps
20-25 reps then break 10 seconds ,20-15 reps or as many as you can do break 10 seconds ,then do as many as you can break over and over
untill your struggling to do the last few reps
the goal is to do as many as you can but dont rush through it get a nice extension then flex at the top.
I find my self cutting the weight to almost nothing to get out the last rep or two
Then when done standing rush over to the seated do it all over maybe a 2 minute break at the most start pumping them out
then go over to the donkey (i prefer it last becuase of the nice stretch)
pump out 75 to 100
then limp to the corner and sit down

I finish my routine off with "reverse seated raises" like a calve raise but toes go down and up and your resting on the heal, works the muscles on the front of the leg helps to add to over all lower leg development
