caffeine before workouts will increase intensity but it will also increase body tempertaure which can aid in fat lose. How are you taking it pills or just a cup of coffee?
I take 400 mg caffeine and 25 mg ephedrine 45 minutes before I work out. 2 months on/ 1 month off or else your body gets used to it and it loses its effect.
lately when ive been working out ive lost all intensity and get really tired 1/2 way through my workout. tried the caffiene tonight for the first time and im pleased with the results.
I used to take 200mg an hour before and I really liked it...just watch out cause your body will get used to it and you'll have to use more..........MUDVAYNE
I usually drink two to three cups , black with a little bit of sugar. Gets me up and going!! I work @ 5 a.m. and I workout @ night do to family. So in the early evening my body wants to start it's wind down but after some coffee it's ready to hit the iron!! Get Some!!
