Cable Straight Arm Pulldowns

I do them often and it seems to get my lats pretty sore. I alternate with lying pullovers. Hits my lats at the bottom / side mostly. It hits the chest a bit too.
 
if you kneel in front of the cable and start with your arms high up and pull down to your "tit" level, you'll hit your serattus pretty good too.
