I just did this online test to determine my c/p/f and it calculated mine to be 60/20/20. What does this mean in terms of dieting? If for example I wanted to lose weight, do I plan my days meal according to the 60/20/20 split with lower calories? and vice versa for weight gain with more calories? Or do I just adopt what ever c/p/f ratios i have been reading about here on the board, in accordance with the goals i have, and go from there?
