Honestly, Im more worried about getting caught speeding than I am about getting busted for AAS. The last thing I need is another fucking speeding ticket.

I hear ya. State Farm canceled my shit and now I have to us a high risk insurance company that wants $3500 up front for 1 yr's motorcycle insurance-liability only. To make matters worse, they want $400 a month for my truck insurance-and I'm stuck with these rates for like 3 more yrs. I actually had to buy a $3000 shitbox sedan for work-and it's still $119 a month for liability only. In the meantime by motorcycle and truck sit in my garage collecting dust. It's bad enough having my rates increase, but now I'm doomed to drive a shitbox and not ride a motorcycle for the next 3 yrs as well.
 
Bump this is a great thread. Key is. Never say ANYTHING but that you want your lawyer. Thats why they say. You have a right to an attorney anything you say can AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU. NEVER THROW ANYTHING ILLEGAL IN YOUR TRASH! They will get a warrent to search your house if you have lil zip baggies and zig zags let alone Pins... Never listen to what police tell you. I am sure this has been all said in this post but wanted to sum it up if it already hasnt been done.

Ditto. Don't talk. Cops can't make deals and the less you talk the less they have. They may make your life a little extra miserable by keeping you in a cell, but it will be worth it in the long run.
 
After reading all the precautions being taken, I realize that I should expect my door to fly off the hinges any minute. I order international and have it sent right to my door. Also, get this, I use a credit card. I might as well find some striped pants tonignt at wal-mart. After reading reading this thread, I am going to take a lot more precautions in the future. Unless of course that I'm taking it in the ass at West High Security next week.

well after being through this same type of senario myself, ill tell you the way to answer. which are not to different than your answers BC. first off IF they have said warrant you MUST be served a copy of said warrant so you will know right off what they are looking for and how they obtained the knowledge to obtain said warrant, as well as if they are even at the right residence. so upon reviewing the warrant you will be told to sit your ass on the floor and shut the fuck up. after find what they are lookin for they will comence the questioning. at this point you deny any and all knowledge and shut the fuck up.you will be placed under arrest as well as your lady too. taken to p.d. and placed in cell untill questioned. when asked again, deny and ask for attny. at this point you shut the fuck up. when they return with thier scare tactics tell them to shove it in their ass and ask for your attny again. they will keep you "incommunicado"(leagal speak) this is another trick they do. stalling usually leads most to sqeelin. sit there and be calm say nothing and do nothing. get comfy your gonna be there for a while. when it comes to le they will play games with you and you just have to remain calm. you might spend some time in jail untill a bond hearing but in the end its the small details that will convict you or set you free. even the warrant can be attacked you just have to find the right details and remember that what you say will hurt you not help you. i was busted in this same type senario and in the end i did 6 yrs in prison while my codefendants did no time. when i filed my motion of discovery to find out what they had on me, all they had was written statements by my codefendants. zero physical evidence or witnesses other than them. at trial they testified and got deals. so in the end remember tell no one what you do, let no one see what you do, keep no evedence of what you do, and keep you mouth shut at all times. no one knows no one to tell on you. no evidence no crime. no witnesses no proof.

The guys I knew that had bikes said they never got insurance for them. They'd get insurance for their car but not insure the bike. It's all about if you want to take the chance of getting pulled with no insurance. Although, it might not be a bad idea to not insure the bike if it's gonna cost you more for the insurance than the cost of the ticket should you get pulled.
 
This is a great thread...... I hear you guys about why would the Feds bust me for juice? Why waste the money and time? The answer is that you just never know why..... They might know people juice at your gym, and wanna get word of mouth going by making an example of you..... You just don't know...... I don't think BC was trying to scare you into becoming more paranoid..... He was just trying to get you to think about what you would do if you ever got into legal trouble..... It is kinda funny how steroid users tend to be more paranoid then hard street drug dealers are, but I guess it's cause we have more to lose..... One idea I would like to add, if you have alot of gear for personal use, but don't wanna keep it at home, you can get a safety deposit box at a bank.... Pretty safe spot....

You would be suprised. They act real nice and assure you that the door will be fixed. They dont like to be sued and know its comming and dont want to give YOU anymore of a case.

This is kinda true and kinda false, I worked for FedEx and ,although its not the usps, from what Ive learned most of the same rules have to be followed. If a package were to come into the terminal and I thought it was suspiscious I could just take it off the line and open it the catch was, there had to be a reason. Theres nothing to say that I coudlnt pull a random package, open it, find juice crack an amp open and say " I opened the package because it was leaking ". Ive opened a few before, not a hot issue with anyone there. On the contrary I have had packages come through that just filled the area with the smell of weed and I said to my manager " hey do you want me to pull this?" he replied " na man, no time for that, keep it moving"

Anything can happen really, I remember a thread on here that was about a guy who had gear sent to a PO box and the postal service put it in the box next to his on accident, when the wrong guy opened his box and saw the package he opened it, found dbol, thought it was extasy, and the actual recipient is the one who got busted.

Im all about being safe but to me it's still a crap-shoot.
 
This was such an excellent post and the replies were good as well. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with crooked LE and I can't stress how important it is keep the mouth shut, and not play into their hands. All you have to do is watch COPS on tv and watch the suspects fuck themselves and the LE just laugh at how stupid they were.

Geez-everybody watches way too much tv. All of these guys crying illegal search and/or violation of miranda, etc are a joke. Maybe if you have a $5K lawyer on retainer you mght, and I say "might" have a prayer-but only after it goes to court. Up until then it's a sworn police officer's word against an alleged thug's like yours.

If they had enough evidence to get a judge to issue them a warrant to bust in your door in, they already had enough shit on you to arrest you for something(empty bottles/blister packs or used syringes in your garbage is enough). Just because they don't find the motherload of roids in your crib is only a disappointment for them-you're still going down-but just not as badly as you would've if they caught you w/ a large supply.
 
what would i do,
well i live in the uk so cops would never come to my house for steroids cause they could not care less. If i was to get caught with them it isnt even an offence for personal possesion and at the very worst i would get an officail caution.
There just is not the urge to do anything about them anywhere as there is also no political capital in it either.
I have a friend who was a doorman who uses gear and he joined the police and still uses.

What if you had ordered Hgh and the package needs to be opened and refrigerated. How should you handel the package assuming it is just left at the door in the mail?

I've never heard of anyone getting a controled delivery of gh from the cops-maybe if it was like 10-20 kits? I don't think gh is scheduled by the DEA in the same class as AAS-somebody know fersure?

No shit. My slammed dually and Hayabusa have been parked for 6 months and I had to buy a shitbox jap sedan to drive cuz I can barely get insurance from too many tickets. Even on my $3000 shitbox the liability only coverage is $100/month. The cheapest rate on the Hayabusa I could find was $3600/yr (liability only) paid up front-that's double what my payment on the bike was. It will be a least a year or so before I can get a decent ins. rate again. Oh well, at least driving a hooptie I know chicks dig me for me and not my wallet.

HGH is not scheduled....some state have made it scheduled i have heard, but its up to the state.......i have only heard that again....but from my reading and understanding of the law its only a prescription medication and NOT illegal.....i've heard of some seizures of it for large orders but NO controlled deliveries....i have a buddy that got a controlled delivery of juice and had 20 kits in the fridge....they took them but they didn't charge him on the kits....that was in NC

so i'd say you are perfectly safe ordering just hGH from china..i've been doing it for quite some time

Proper waste storage for darts (ex diabetic's syringes) is for them to be put in some sort of sealed plastic container before they are put in the trash. I put mine in a large fabric softener bottle(non see through) and I superglue the screw on cap before dropping it in a grocery store dumpster just to be safe-mainly so somebody doesn't accidentally find them and/or prick themselves. Unlike most businesses, apt complexes, residences, etc. that have their dumpster trash picked up weekly, grocery stores have trash pick ups 2-3x weekly because of the smell of rotting food. The sooner my RX waste ends up in a landfill the better. This is also good 411 to know if you ever need to get rid of a decomposing body. Rotting groceries should cover up the smell long enough for it to make it into a landfill no prob. lol

Something to think about-If someone were to find your used pins and/or prick themselves they may call the po po. This could lead to the po po looking for prints/DNA on the plungers to find out their origin-mainly to check for HIV-but I guarantee if it gets to that point you will be flagged/investigated for AAS and/or cited for improper disposal of RX waste.. I've never heard of this happening, but I don't want to be the exception. I can only imagine that the superglued top and dumpage in the grocery store dumpster minimizes the chances of something like this happening in spades.

Note: if you've never been fingerprinted for your job or an arrest your prints won't be in the national data base-neither will your DNA-but they're still a traceable piece of evidence that could potentially lead back to you. An ounce of prevention is worth a lb of cure.

Damn, I should be charging $250/hr for this 411 like an attorney would. These little tidbits of info could easily save someone thousands of $$$ and a shitload of emotional anguish.

ANother thing to remeber. Most police where mic's when doing raids and will have everything on tape. Now it is important when you go to jail not to sign all the appers before reading them. I dont know if this is everywhere but in MI when you are being booked in they ask you to sign a paper. On this paper in small print it states that by signing it you have been read all your rights. Witch would disqualify any argument you had saying that you wernt read them. Another thing to rember is they dont have to read you your rights even when you are being arrested...this only usally happens on TV. They do HAVE to read you your rights when interigation/questioning about the situation you are in. This includes talks in the back of a squad car. BUT if you start talking...thats your own damn fault. Just ask for a lawyer...sit back and shut up. If you have a good one that will look into the case instead of just looking for a bargin (witch is the most common) he most likely can find a flaw in the arrest and get evidence/testimoneys dismissed. The system is a big money game. Defense attorney want to get you low bargins with no work and with no work or even look into the case. This makes them money for doing nothing and also will please the prosecutor. If defense attorneys took the time to look into every bull shit case they could throw out MANY of them. But then this leads to prosecutors not likeing them and then never giving them a deal..... it goes on and on but Im done for now.
