Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Here's the situation, A girl friend of mine got busted through a setup the other day for selling 2 deca bottles, 100 winny tabs, and 1 sust bottle. Anyway, she was only delivering the goods to this guy who was her boyfriend's buddy, and she was not involved in the buying of it, but the package came to her house cause her boyfriend was in Europe. So, as she was giving this guy the goods, she gets arrested and taken in, but they let her out after a few hours and now she has a court date in a couple of weeks. The question is what's the penalty she's facing for delivering the goods, will she likely get in trouble or will her boyfriend who actually ordered the goods get in trouble when he gets back from europe? She told me that the only way she gets out of it is if she sets someone else up, if she does that does it get taken off her record. This happened in NJ, would she have to do the setup in the same town she got arrested in, cause that's what the cops told her. Thanks for your help.

Ok, first off, was the package opened? Was her name on it? If not, then how did she know what was in it was illegal. She can just say was delivering it, she had no clue to what was in it. Of course, the person she was delivering it to is going to be in deep shit.
I don't think she is going to face any penalty, because being a woman she is going to do what comes naturally. That is SELL.... YOUR...... ASS....... OUT!!!!!

Don't open your mouth is the best thing banyone who did anything can do!! You have the right to remain silent use it. All cops do is tell you that your going to jail for life anyway to make you rat. She had such a little amount and did not take any money so she did not sell anything nothing will happen to her if it is her first offense she will get PTI!!!
