Busted by my boss!

I'm a trainer - a brand new trainer at my favorite gym. Today I was checking my email and my boss snuck up behind me and peeped over my shoulder. "oh, peptides huh?" he said as he saw the receipt. "Gee, you must think I'm really stupid." I got so flustered and embarrassed I stammered something about how tan I was going to be with melanotan II etc. etc. while he just started at me, seeing through my lies.

Then he invited me for a workout just after our lunch rush. We were doing legs, but namely posterior chain stuff that was sure to give anyone "ON" furious back pumps. I was crippled. "Oh, what's wrong with your back? It looks like it would be so strong! Man, I hear back pumps are killer!" Again - I stammered something about weak back in relation to hamstring/glute strength....more knowing stares.

Now I'm the new trainer - not only who has a lot to learn about training and sales - but who is also the idiot meathead gear face liar. FML.

or is he just gettin a little giggle outta ya... sounds like hes partially playing with you, just giving you the ' *wink* your on roids, and i know ' thats it?
 
I would not worry about it Ryno! If anything comes up just say you read about it in a fitness mag and was curious and leave it at that! Never discuss or use anyone elses computer to research ! Best of luck to you!

I think he is just playing with me a bit. Not going to cost me my job. He is a SERIOUS competitor, natural, who could easily go pro if he just started hitting steroids. But he is pretty conservative himself so I doubt it will happen for him. Still, it sucks when someone "finds out." It's always better to assume people may know than to actually KNOW they know. ya know? ;)
 
well.. best thing to do is deny... like wtf is he going to do.. prove u take a fucking steroid for god sakes? how pretell would he do that?

my rant is over lol
 
but if you're scared of getting in trouble you could just say a client asked you about em and you were just doing a lil research

That's a dedicated trainer! Ordering peptides to "research" for a client! Actually - I WOULD do something like that haha. Yeah it was an e-receipt in my inbox - not like I was looking at profiles.com
 
I wouldnt stress too much,
but I never use anyone elses PC when discussing/researching/ordering anything to do with BB!
Theres always cookies, and history etc and your bound to leave something up one day!

i left msn up once with a convo to my dealer about an AAS order, and my mrs read it hahaha never again!!!

Yeah I hear ya - but like I said it was just a receipt in my gmail account. I wasn't ordering or researching or skyping or blogging or foruming. Just plain old emailing and he saw the "XYZ Peptide Company Order Receipt." So it wasn't like I could say I was just browsing or something - I mean it was a receipt saying I had purchased something from a peptide company!

Anyway - I think it's all good. Just sharing what I thought to be an amusing anecdote with my ef friends :)

He's on his game and knows the details..... prolly on a PCT and knows your not.... He's prolly pretend conservative.

Exactly, this dude was just having some fun methinks hazing the new blood.
 
It depends on the situation. If he is worried about liability, he CAN'T "know" that you have anything to do with AAS. But if he thinks it "off the record", it might be OK especially if he's not perfect himself.

The bigger issue is having anyone sneak up and read eMail (or read anything else for that matter). That's totally unacceptable to me, and I'd likely quit over it. If he did that, he has no trust in you, and no respect. IMHO.

Why would this guy have the first clue about peptides and lower back pumps if he wasn't in the club?

Well for the most part I don't "lie," but I don't openly advertise. The general population doesn't understand and judges you and treats you like a leper. All of your hard work suddenly becomes something "anyone could do if they just stuck a needle in their ass huhhuhhuh" Which is just a frustrating area of conversation. Thrid - I'm a trainer in a gym, so it could cost me my job if the gym thought I was giving off the wrong impression. All solid reasons in my book.
 
no sshht, I don't think coming clean with him is the way to go but, a receipt for "peptides" is a little different than a receipt for anadrol 50. I'd find a benign product from a peptide co. and leave it or information about it in a conspicuous place.

he has obviously got some insight into juice and what not if he cracked a gag bout them back pumps.

well if you are allowed to check your email I don't think its his business what you are looking at (unless its something like porn or something that shouldn't be looked at while at work)

but if you should only be using the computer for work related things then you should open a separate email for work and one for other stuff. and only open the work email while working..

since you are a PT i would imagine you are on commission so it shouldn't matter what you do during your free time, if you want to waste it checking your personal email then that is your business.
