Burning fat/Preserving Muscle

Sup bros!

Just wondering whats the best way to go out burning stubborn fat deposits (chest/love handles/lower abs) while also preserving muscle. I am asking in terms on training, supps, and diet. I don't juice, but have heard good things about an alternative... clen.

I am taking protein & creatine now and am training 3 on 2 off, alternating muscle groups. I'm eating low carbs, high protein, and med fat. I have made decent progress but still cant seem to trim the fat away in those areas. Also am trying Nolva for the chest right now... seemingly working, but again VERY slowly.

Let me know what you think.

What's your diet like? What time of the day are you eating certain carbs?

You should be taking L-Glutamine to preserve muscle.

Are you doing any cardio?

I would go with arimidex over the nolva, or run both. You might want to run a small dose of dbol or fina to make sure you retain all muscle.

Diet, cardio, diet, cardio, diet cardio...Add some Kynoselene to the mix and see the difference. It will help preserve muscle, increase your cardio output and help you burn up some fat. You also can use winny/Kyno mix if you feel a light AAS is needed.

Clen is okay, but I would start with an eca, keep carbs to 100 gms or less (if you can handle it) Protein very high, and fats (good fats) moderate, say around 50gms-100gms a day. And don't eat two hours minimum before going to bed.

Of course you know to do cardio after the workout, wait at least 20 minutes after before eating, etc

You can switch between eca and clen, but you might not like the cramping from the clen.

Like I said - I'm eating High Protein 150-200g, med fat (no saturated or very little) 50-100, low carb 50-75. Basically a 4:2:1 ratio, or thats what I'm aiming for. I eat carbs before and after my workouts and in the morning sometimes. Fats/protein before bed, 1hr-10min.

Glutamine is in the protein shakes I take. And I hear it isnt very cost effective.

No cardio, just a lot of cocentrated lifting. I walk a mile a day or so but not intentionally (i live on campus).

I read up on clen a bit, thanks to andy, and it sounds good, but how often is it faked? how easy is it to find on the net? and is it toxic to the liver/body?

Ive tried ECA before but I lose mostly muscle and water, not much fat. I also stopped working out on ECA and did cardio instead.

You say to do cardio after the workout? shouldnt I get something in my body (protein) so the cardio wont just burn up more muscle?

btw, what is Kynoselene? and how is the CKD diet different from a normal keto diet?

I like your diet. If you want to burn more calories while lifting try some supersets..short rest periods, higher reps.

Working out first thing in the morning will burn a lot of fat and keep burning calories all day long. Really speeds up the metabolism.

what about all the cardio in the morning before breakfast ect. then doing your yourk workout at around 6 ish or even 10 ish. depending on work schedule.

The reason for the cardio after wards is to continue to burn the carbs off completely (also the reason to wait at least 20 min. before consuming a protein drink) which in turn will then cause the fat to start to burn off. Yes, a simple fact of dieting is some muscle loss. But we try to minimize this we higher protein and gear.

I don't know how often clen is faked, I get my direct from Mexico. I am not sure of the difference between the two, but I prefer the keto diet (but it does wig you out)

I don't know what the toxic level is, I just keep upping the dose till I start to cramp in my hands and such and then keep it there. If you take too much though it could cause you to get a little paranoid and antsy, etc. Par for the course.

Cardio in the morning before eating is good too and then wait the 20 minutes afterwards as well.

One more thing, still do the cardio in the evening after the workout.

Cardio is a must.
The best times for cardio are
1> First thing in the morning when carb. stores are low. Take your ECA stack and do some form of cardio. Wait 1 hour after finishing cardio to have your first meal.
this alone has been proven to burn up to 200% more fat stores.

2> 1 to 2 hours after your last meal of the day.

3< Cardio directley after workout..

Try upping your protein.
Kelp tablets can help to speed up your metabolism by giving a sluggage thyroid a boost..

In one study the ECA stack was shown to preserve 76% more muscle tissue -VS- diet alone.
