Burning fat/becoming leaner

Im in my 20es and im 6ft tall i weigh 168 and have a body fat percentage around 19 percent i think, at least thats what my cheap scale says. I was wondering about cytomel and clenbuterol stanozlol stack and if i were to start it what kind of results i could possibly see. My diet is very clean i intake around 3000 calories a day and i exercise everyday and run 5 to 6 miles a day and also lift light weights. Sorry about all the questions.
 
if you arent getting leaner doing what youre already doing i dont know what will help.

What the superdave said was very relevant.


At a high BF % and a weight of 168 at 6FT tall means you have some serious diet changes due if you want to see any type of results.

Resorting to drug use to try and compensate a badly lacking diet will never get you the results you are looking for bro.

You need to be able to get big and get lean without drugs first. If you can't do that, drugs don't even help. They are not magic pills.

If you are 6ft, 168 lbs and nearly 20% BF, it means your diet sucks ass, is what it means. Especially if you are running 5 to 6 miles everyday. A solid diet by itself will make you leaner and bigger muscles.



How long have you been lifting? How old are you, specifically?
 
If Im 5'10", 180 and around 12% and all I do is run 3 miles 3 times a week and eat like a regular american, cheerios in the morning, whatever for lunch and dinner and going out to eat on weekends and Im still seeing results from my cardio than your diet has to be way off and you just dont know it. you say you eat 3000 solid calories, what does that mean? what are your daily grams of protein/carb/fat, how many meals a day, etc

Bro, instead of directly jumping on to potent stuff like T3, i would humbly suggest you try the Lipostim3 & Lipoflame combo for a couple of months thereabouts combined with kickass cardio for ATLEAST AN HOUR A DAY. I'm sure you'll drop your bf% to around 12%. A lot of experienced bros here swear by the Lipo series by AGX Sports.com.

The person behind it is totally dedicated to safe results and i'm sure you'll tremendously benefit. Avoid clen & T3 right in the beginning. Best luck.
 
Personally I don't beleive that you are 6ft tall 168 and 19% body fat! That's 31lbs of fat... Can you describe your physique, that would be a better estimate of your fat percentage. ie can you see your top abs? How much fat can you grap around your midsection?

And to add to that, those scales (tanita and such) are notorious for being wrong. They may be good to track progress, but not the end all in BF%. I'm 5'9" 170lb and my scale will tell me I'm 20% all day long when in reality I'm closer to 12%.

Don't panic. A few things and see what happens. Put your running first thing in the AM like RADAR suggested. Start eating lean meats, fresh fruits and veges, whole grains spread out 6x a day. Cut carbs out at dinner. That 19% number should go down. If it doesn't, trust what you see in the mirror.

I can see my top abs clear and a littel bit of the bottum not a lot.

Good point thank you. o and my body fat is an estimate and i think i might only have a little bit of fat left. I say this becasue my scale is really cheap and i think its off wickeddddd lol.

All Scales will lie to you,because of the fluids and foods consumed thuout the day,even upon waking up you may still be carrying yesterdays meals,the best way to guage progerss is to take Pics and use a tape measure.
