like me, try weighing the serving size instead of using the ‘measuring’ cup … out of I think 3 different types of measuring cups the ½ cup measurement does NOT equal the 40g as indicated on the oat box .. i.e. if I fill the measuring cup, the cals Macros should be higher than indicated … )
