Shopping for foodies @ Whole Foods... :chomp !!! Supps taken thru out the evening (same as usual) – Glucorell-R, 2 ALCAR, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM, 2 Sesamax, 1 Psyllium Husk w/ Acidophilus, Vitamin B6 (capsule), Digestive Enzymes
Meal # 4,5 & 6:
- Two Scoopfuls of two different brands of Whole Wheat/Grain Spaghetti
- Four Cheese Sauce
- Fat Free mozz & Sargento Parm(from frozen)
- Garlic Bread (Whole Grain loaf) with a little "ICBINB" and Garlic Powder on Grill
- Grilled Organic Turkey Sausage
- Large glass Frogs Leap Cab
Dessert
- Glass Milk
- ANPB Rice Krispie / Regular Rice Krispie from WF2-4 Pieces Ryvita Crispbread (depending on how hungry I am)
Of course I slept like crap from the sugar and carb load but it was good and I LOVE the energy I have for my Sat. training day 'marathons'
