Great detailed log!
If you can drop the diet soda and crystal light. As a test I dropped diet soda first. I lost 5lbs in a month. Then I dropped Crystal Light. Another 5lbs in a month. I did nothing else different.
You can't beat water or green tea! Its all I drink.
