With today being my day off, I slept in, little late start...
THE PROGRAM
Start date Wednesday, January 26th, 2005
Morning Weight 168.2 lbs
8:30   A.M. - 2 T-Rex, Yohimburn ES, multi vitamin (I 

 then I was good to go)
9:00   A.M. – Cardio, Treadmill 35 min constant speed, incline 12-15, heart 
rate was 160-170 BPM (3.3-3.8 mph)
10:00 A.M. - Meal # 1:
-	Protein shake........
-	2 1/4 scoops of ISO AGB
-	3/4 cup of Vit D milk
-	1 teaspoon creatine
-	HAVE TO GET GLUT when I'm done posting
-	Small amount of fruit, 10 blueberries, 2 strawberries
-	SUPPs, 1 Glucorell-R
10:30 A.M. – 4 Levorex
off to GNC and to get milk
