im eating 5 egg whites in the morning with my oats and bannana, and my shits are like rabbit droppings :mix: i have added more fibre and its not worked as yet. any thing else i can add to my diet appart from laxys. p s im cutting thanks guys
 
If you eat a lot of egg whites, you should eat some egg yolk as well. You don't need a lot. You might want to cut back the eggs until the fibre can do it's job and then add them gradually.

There may be alergies or vitamin deficiencies that could cause the constipation. If it doesn't clear up soon, look into these.
 
no kidney pain at all. gonna add a high fiber cereal with my oats ,go 50/50 with them and see if that helps
 
are hard shits down to too much protein? I often have hard shits when I eat loads of protein, but its usually with 1-1.5g per lb of bodyweight ???
 
i eat 1g/lb and dont have that problem. it only happens when i eat 2g/lb but protein is all i have eaten. usually my kidneys hurt too.

Wow thats a high acidic meal right there.

try adding any high alkaline food. If you dont want any excess cals from

foods you can take 3/5 grams of glutamine 10 min prior to your meal to lower

your stomach acidity & for its beneficial role in gastrointestinal disorders.
