Bummer, but we all gotta go someday.
I went from a disgusting, high-blood-pressure-medication-taking fat ass at 255 to 215 using his high fat, high protein, low carb ideas.
Although I didn't do all the saturated fat like unlimited bacon and butter, I did eat my share of red meat and cheese. Still do.
But then there are those who will say it's all water weight. Whatever, that's 40lbs of water that I didn't want anyway.
