bulking

just up your carbs,protein.....i keep a log so when i want to up my calories i go from 1/2 cup oatmeal in the morning to 1 cup, instead of i potatoe at lunch i go 2 potatoes etc..
when i want to drop weight idrop carbs low....what does the diet look like now??...a good protein source while bulking is red meat so trade your chicken to red meats while bulking....hope that helped a little:D

I think the easiest way is with the weight gainer you are already using.
hen I was bulking and trying to get all my calories from food I was eating so much that I did not like the way I felt daily (wedged with food)

have more fat foods (poly-unsat. of course)

fat food are very calories dense
(1g oil = 9 cal.)
--> flax seed oil, olive oil,...

Try adding natural peanut butter to your protein shakes....
As Anthrax indicated - gram for gram, fat obviously gives you more bang for your buck as far as total calories are concerned.

have to agree with the peanut butter, its done wonders for my bulking diet and tastes amazing
go with the natural peanut butter of course

bigmanosu

i go with peanutbutter also. at the end of the day if i did not get enough cals i can easily get an extra 1,000 from peanutbutter. (10tblspns)=1,000 cals and it dosent fill me up.

Potatoes, oatmeal, pasta, breads, things like that are awesome at providing an extra boost. In combination with a high protein diet, you'll be saying hello to a heaver & denser you.

Yep, as the other fellow said, peanut butter and olive oil is the way to go. I know when I'm bulking and not hungry all I do is eat the jar of peanut butter. It's good for you. Ok, that's just my rationilazation(did I spell that right? I dont' know. I'm kind of tipsy right now.) of being a fat-ass, but, still, do it anyway. Fat is the key to adding calories. It won't kill you. Might make you fatter, but, hey, that's why we spend months on end starving. It's so that we can eat like piggies for a couple of months after that and still look decent before we have to starve again. Also, eat a couple of steaks or something red-meat. Again, there's the whole fat thing. It's the key.

Oh, oh, oh, oh! I just though of something! I like to make a stir-fry. 2 Tbsp olive oil. 2 Tbps of Stir-fry sauce(Ebara Teryaki is my favorite), two chicken breast, or 4 pheasant breasts(of course I killed them buggers myself) and 1-2 cups of rice should do the trick for at least one- two meals. That's just my preference, though, and you may or may not care. If you want to know the specifics of cooking it send me an e-mail or a pm. Just trying to help.

Ok, I guess I wasn't done. I was just about to push the submit reply button and I saw the last reply. If you want to eat some pasta, I've found that adding 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil with some crushed red pepper and fresh garlic plus some parmesan cheese tastes very, very, very, very, very good!
