Bulking!!

Ok im fed up w/ this i have been bulking since jan. to june i gained 40 lbs i was at 150 and still had 10 % bf! Now its august i weigh 140 and i have 6 % bf!! i weighed myself in july and i weighed the same i do now! So im gonna hit the weights harder and hit the food even harder!!


ok so this is what im thinking about for food

breakfast-6 eggs 1 whole 5 white, 2 whole grain waffuls, 3tbsp pb, 3 tbsp jelly cals- 150 protein-54 carbs-139 fat-31

lunch- 4 slices wheat bread, 4 tbps pb, 2 tbsp jelly, 2 chicken breasts, 1/2 bag of broccoli, 4 grahm crackers cals- 1380protein- 74 carbs-144 fat-46

post work out- 2 scoops optimum whey, 2 bananas, 2 tbps ness quick, 6 grahm crackers, 2 granola bars cals- 1060 pro-70 carbs-164 fat-16

dinner- 1 lb serloin burger, 6slices wheat bread, 2 tbps pb,1 tbps jelly 1/2 bag broccoli, cals- 1330 pro-108 carbs- 100 fat- 35

before bed- 3 scoops optimum, 8tbsp pbcals- 1120 carbs-10 fat- 32 protein- 133
complete cals- 6500 protein- 439 carbs-557 fat-160

I think you need more than 5 meals a day for optimal gains. You're averaging over 1000 calories per meal. YOu may wish to cut all of that hydrogenated oil out. Lets not even get into health problems... it reduces insulin sensitivity and interfears withthe absorbsion of some efa's. Which is not condusive to gaining muscle mass regardless of what type of diet you believe in using.

How many calories were you on when you gained 40 ibs? I have a little more difficulty helping ecto's with diets. Usually all I can tell them is "damn, eat more, I eat more cals than that when I'm loosing 3 ibs a week." however 6500 is alot. Right now, I'm on 5000 and up to 224. Making the fastest gains that I recall having ever made.
 
ye the only way i find i can get anough cals bulking clean is by eating alot of pb!! my parents wont go by flax seed and stuf like that i was eating around 4500-5000 before
