bulking up the tri's

Honestly? I think laying off the fluff work for tris and putting your all into the presses will do the most. Close grip is also a good press if you can go fairly heavy.

Hahahah... ok, I stand corrected. Eat like a homeless person would if they were given a buffet to eat at!!

You can't be given a buffet, you can only be given access.

I would split those days up since your tris willb e fried for chest and you'll short-change your chest workout. If tris are your focus thouhg, put them at the start of the week and first in the workout. Try changing up exercises, work on getting them stronger, and even try playing with volume and frequency with which you train your triceps.

Or if you must do chest and tris on the same day, at least work chest heavy first(compound) and then do the isolation stuff working only the tris..

Per Na Na's commentary, doing it the other way will mean your chest workout
= the suck.

all you guys are right and wrong, at the same time in my opinion.

just pick an excersise thats heavy as fuck, and involves pushing, and increase weeek to week and eat lots of food.

if your doing all your presses, like your benching, and overhead presses, you shouldnt have this problem.

but now we can't argue!! unfair.... ;). Have to agree though. And I believe you meant "if you are benching *correctly* 'cause if your a shoulder bencher you have more problems than your tri's"
