what are some things that i can mix together or whatever easily that most people have laying around the house for some protein, fat, and carbs?
 
Peanut butter, milk (red label), protein powder, oatmeal.

Mix it all up in the blender and enjoy. mmmmmmm. You can easily make 800-1,000 calorie shakes with this combination.
 
+1 I do this all the time. Easy way to balance macros.

I had a tooth infection recently and couldnt really eat whole food,s so experimented with getting all my macros from the (whey/casien)/ NPB/ oats combo.

Hmmm, wouldnt recommednd it, my stomach really hurt. Would be good if it worked tho!
