bulking question

for those of you who do cardio on bulk cycles when do you do it mornings? post workout?? duration? intensity?
 
Depends on my goals. If I am really trying to put on mass I never touch the stuff! I usually only do it when necessary.
 
when i started my bulk cycle, i was doin cardio and was wondering why the hell i wasnt gettin bigger, once i stopped doing cardio, i grew like a weed,, low impact, moderate cardio is the way to go.....if any at all, to be honest with you, cardio scares me
 
If you do cardio first thing in the morning your metabolism is higher for longer. 20-30min 2 - 3 times a week is plenty. Just keep your heart rate up.
