Hello there. I started heavy lifting the previous summer. I was in August 2008 163lbs weight and while i was searching in the Internet i came face with a program from a guy that is called Vince Delmonte(I know you may say he is scum and everything) which said he was doing programs and had an e-book about skinny people and how to gain weight.
I bought it and read it and found out that he was right in many things so i decided to go forward and started his training program which included full body training with exercises both heavy like deadlifts,squats,stiff-legged deadlifts etc and others like dumbell rows etc. All the core exercise no fancy ones. I also started eating like crazy.
The results in 30 December i was up to 198lbs, my jeans wouldnt fit me anymore, my suits that i wore to the office didnt fit my back and i was really heavy i mean for my history.
My Squat went up to 190lbs 5x5, deadlifts 270lbs 5x5, bench press 187 5x5. I have never done this kind of weights before, i know for you guys maybe again light but for me to do these weights now are heavy. and i am still going strong. I am doing some cutting now though for summer even though i dont care much about six pack etc.
Myq uestion when you read this, i want to start bulking again from September to put on weight since now i came down to 185lbs. What do you reccomend me to do? Will 5x5 Bill starr routine you suggest to everyone will fit for me? Thanks
