Here are a few pics I snapped real quick at my gym today. Sorry if the quality isn't that great, tried to take them while no one was watching. Slipped into the spin class room to do it and the lighting sucked. Just getting into to my 3rd week of deca/primo. Going to continue to bulk through Aug then start to lean up. Hopefully I can get some of you to give me some tips on that

deca/primo is my favorite stack.
i use 400mg of each per week..
sometimes 600mg of each per week.

Started the first 2 weeks with 400mg each, starting the 3rd week bumped primo to 600mg for the next 6 weeks
