bulking/cutting

I need some advice on calories, protein, and carbs for a bulking diet vs a cutting diet. I am 6' 3" 200lbs. Thanks a lot.
 
Try starting out with somewhere around 3000 cal. with around 200 grams of protein a day. Keep carbs high and fat moderate. If you're not gaining after a few weeks increase your cals about 500 a day.
 
3000 calories is about normal for most people i think. If you're not into counting calories (me being one of them) just increase portions and frequency you eat meals. But make sure they are good foods and not crappy stuff.

Dieting is same thing but in reverse. Little by little just take out smaller portions, or best thing would be to count calories. Keep protein high.
 
i've heard of some people taking l-arginine before a work out to boost growth hormone levels while working out. Whether it's effective or not is the question.
