Okay, I have been bulking almost 2 months, pcked on some muscle and also 15 lbs. This is the first time I've done the bulking and I don't want to gain too much weight, does anyone have a plan on how you bulk w/out gaining to much weight? Do you bulk 2-3 weeks then cut? What diet do you follow when leaning down w/out losing the muscle you put on? I'm 5'6 presently 137, ecto-meso body type. I eat 5-6 meals a day but not watching the fat.
Meal1- 5 oz. chicken 1/2 c. oatmeal
Meal2- 6 oz. tuna, 2 c. veggies
Meal 3- MRP. banana, 1 T. p.butter
Meal 4-6 oz. chicken, 1 c. veggies. 1/2 potatoe
Meal6-MRPw/skim milk 1 T p. butter
sometimes air-pop corn at night 2 cups.
4 quarts h20 daily
2 cups coffee in a.m.
(creatine post-workout)
