I think I may be done with the bulking over the winter and then cutting during the spring. THis is the third year that I have put on extreme amounts during the winter...and it seems as if it gets harder and harder to get on the diet or cutting phase each time.
You guys that stay fairly chiseled all year long (10% BF or less), have you ever tried the bulking over the winter? is it easier to maintain and build slowly?
Give me some pro's and cons guys.
