bulking/cutting cycle

this sounds like a complete oxymoron but here is my idea...

cycle would be 12 weeks

week 1-12 test 1g per week.. sounds really high but have done this dosage before with no problems and crazy gains

week 1-2, 5-6, 9-10 Superdrol (methasterone) 30 or 40mg per day

week 2-4,7-8, 11-12 clen not sure what dose yet

obviouslt would run an ai to keep estrogen down and only lean gains from the test as that is the whole point.

anybody try something like this or have any input?

Pick or choose 1 or the other... You aren't going to add substantial LBM and get disgustingly shredded in 12 weeks... Just not going to happen.

You could add on a few lbs. LBM and get shredded...

Or you could get disgustingly shredded...

Or you could gain significant LBM

Not 3 of those, not two of those.

If you want to do both, increase your time frame.

Cut and get pretty shredded over 2 months... Then bulk for 2 months using the cutting rebound, then work on getting disgustingly shredded for 2 months. That's 6 months worth of work.

Or you could bulk for 2 months, then get disgustingly shredded in 2-3 months after that.

Disgustingly shredded takes more time than adding decent LBM.
 
i guess substantially is not the word. i would like to get back to where i was. after my last tren/test cycle i was 255lbs id say a modest 5% bodyfat and absolutely strong as hell. I havent lifted in months due to work and having no time at all and i have lost alot i pale in comparison to what i was im now 225lbs prob leaning towards 10% bodyfat lol. I mean if its not possible to get to where i was and get leaner than i was than its not. The least i can do is try
 
sounds like some pro stats there
 
Just go with tren then. Clean diet and cardio I guess. With those stats, nobody will know your body any better than you. Post up some pics bro, you must be an animal.

If you're using clen, consider our cutting cycle , it also has arimidex in it for your AI needs.

Still think you are gonna have to make a decision about what you want more in the short run. Do you want to be shredded or do you want to gain some more mass?

I'm just not seeing it happen, gaining the mass you want to gain at your current weight and dropping down to 5%... I can see you gaining 5-7lbs and dropping down to 8% over a mid length cycle.

But as you already know, trying to cut your body fat in half to get down to 5% isn't conducive by any means to gaining LBM
 
Go 16 weeks bulk first 8 then cut up back 8 have done this few times with success. I can get lean fairly quick though myself. Go nuts on calories first 8 like 7000-10000 daily put on as much weight as poss. Then cut test to 500mg back 8 clean up diet and use tren winny proviron cardio just be sick with ur diet get cals above bmr with made protein and cycle ur carbs. If your educated use slin first 8 you can mass fairly quick

damn dude, you lost a lot of mass!
