I have 2 or 3 sandwiches a day.Low Fat Peanut butter (heavy) and jelly (lightly) on whole wheat bread. Now tell me I don't know what I like. I'm not putting on any fat. So, I'll keep on eating. I eat smart ,drink plenty of water,and piss out the fat. It the saturated fat that you have to worry about. I keep that at a minimum. Let's eat !
