bulking and holding fat away...peanuts bad/good..

On a cycle, while bulking some never mix fat with carbs. Peanuts are high protein, slow carbs and high fat. I would like to know how bad it is to mix fat with carbs like peanuts by itself while bulking and still trying to hold fat away
 
I have 2 or 3 sandwiches a day.Low Fat Peanut butter (heavy) and jelly (lightly) on whole wheat bread. Now tell me I don't know what I like. I'm not putting on any fat. So, I'll keep on eating. I eat smart ,drink plenty of water,and piss out the fat. It the saturated fat that you have to worry about. I keep that at a minimum. Let's eat !
 
Peanuts and all natural peanut butter are a good source of unsaturated oil and a healthy addition to your diet. I would go for it!

"results show that the peanut/peanut butter, peanut oil and olive oil diets (all low in saturated fat and cholesterol and high in monounsaturated fat), which lowered total and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides levels, did not lower the beneficial HDL cholesterol levels.
