...bedtime...What do you eat before going to bed? I've started to eat 80oatmeal before bed, that's about 35g carbs(from the oatmeal we have in this country..) also extra fibers, and 55-60g protein from tuna and casein. I question myself if I would gain more, both fat and muscle, with 2teaspoons omega3 oil and same amount protein and fibers. Probably less fat and less muscle with the omega/protein right..?
