bulk vs cut splits

hey guys, currently 6ft 212lbs 12%bf

i have just finished buking for 3 weeks and have landed around 8 lbs. during this time i consumed around 35-3800 cals a day with at least 200 grms of protien. i was onm a 4 day split.

now i am going on 2800 clean cals a day(my maintenance is around 3000 cals) with cardio 5X a wk at 30mins. should i split up my regime to a 7 day split because of lowered recovery?

i am currently on 30mg prop/fina eod, and 25mg winny ed.

should i give more recovery time now?

i want to be 6ft 200lbs and 6%bf in 8 weeks, thnx for input
 
How would going from 4 to 7 days IMPROVE recovery? I'd drop to 3 days/week possibly... I do that anyway, on or off cycle..
