Bulk or Cut?

Started Keto around the start of March at 185.5lbs, kept going steady with a minor slip up (didn't fall out of ketosis though) up until about a week ago. Got Bacterial Pneumonia and couldn't eat for two days then while recovering I gained the weight I lost from the pneumonia back. Currently sitting at 164.5lbs. I'm just a tad over 5'9.

I've been working out most of the time I've been on Keto, mostly just upper body though as I'm lazy working my legs. It's not heavy work outs cause Keto does drain some energy but it's what I'd do on a cut. I gained an inch on biceps even after dropping the weight but I might have lost quite a bit of the gain from being sick. I just fully recovered yesterday, I'm still feelin crappy but I can go start pumping again but it still won't be 100%.

So I still got flab and shit, there's still some fat I could lose but I won't be able to be super cut and defined no matter what because of my skin's elasticity. My weight has went to and dropped to 140/210 over the last few years so I'll have to bulk up at some point to fill in the skin.

At this moment should I keep cutting, if so to what weight, or should I start bulking? I don't want to bulk and get a chubby bulk results though.

id say bulk bulk and bulk some more until you are ready to compete or if your not going to compete then until you are huge.

Isn't it best to bulk once you fall under 15% or preferrably 10% body fat though? I'm not sure what my body fat percentage is, the Internet tests by measurements yield results that seem ridiculous and I know it's inaccurate but I have no way of testing myself around here, no gyms....live in the country.

i have put on over 80 lbs of muscle staying in the 20% range.

if you make your only goal to build muscle and forget about all the short term how do i look right now stuff you will grow faster and to a larger size before you plateu.

if you arnt competing, but lifting for general health and asthetics, then you should be worrying about how do i look now, and how do i look from a day to day basis.

I want to be able to look as good as possible for june/july'ish and if possible set it up so I'll be bulking through the winter. I don't plan on competing but do want to gain some mass, maybe 190-210lbs at the most when ending bulking. I think the only time I'd have the motive of eat eat, lift lift, never cut is if I ended up in jail for a long time.

its probably better to start cutting now then.

I already am cutting and have been for a few months now. My main concern is how I will look after a decent cut. Losing the weight and keeping up with my muscle mass (which is only average at best) isn't a problem but I've been down to 145 before and at the time that would've been considered really light weight but it made me look unhealthy and just worse.
