Bulk or cut?

I'm just getting started on a new 12 week program w/ four months off. I've gained quit a bit of weight (thanks to my enormous appetite!) I've read and have been told to lose weight first before a bulking cycle, then bulk ,so you will be able to asses where you need help with bodyparts.

Hey Bumpo, obviosly you didnt understand what I was trying to get accross . My question wasn't nessasarily just about my being A fat-ass lazy person who dosnt lift or do anything at all , rather a suggestion as to whether people who restart from an injury layoff that have gained weight ,will just try and lose the weight first aerobicly, or not worry about it and lose it through gaining new muscle mass.
Being a newbie to the board was very intimidating to me at first, because of posts slamming people that may sound like idiots to people such as yourself. I'm not new to the sport by the way just new to the board.

I cant remember who posted it, i think it was Zyg, but

it is beneficial to drop some weight before u bulk for the simple reason

say u are at 15%BF after u are done bulking u might be at 25%BF
whereas if u dropped to 10%BF before u started, u might only be at 15% BF after ur bulk cycle, this makes your cutting cycle that much easier, you wont have to kill yourself losing weight....if u are killing ur self cutting weight to lower BF, ...can u see the reasoning?
 
I would watch your diet start weight training and do a little cardio. I definately would not start bulking at 28% bodyfat. i would lose about 20-30lbs of fat at least before i started bulking. I also don't think it is such a good idea to hit gear right when you get back, work out get to at least where you were before and then hit it. These are just my opinion of how i would do it, i am sure some would differ.
 
Easy buddy, Bumpo was just joken man!!! Anyways, i think you should cut down a bit if your at 28%bf. You should run a cutting cycle and then after that you should be around 10-15%bf and then start up a bulking cycle!! Hope this helps!
 
Bumpo is always busting balls man dont worry about it. I would def lose some of that fat before bulking. otherwise your gonna be a lardass after your cycle and its gonna be a bitch to cut it off. I know it sucks to start back up again after so much time off but in about a month you wil start to see things gettin back to normal. Just work hard and rememeber, your diet is the key to your success.

i started an 8 week cutting cycle on the 20th of January so its been almost 2 weeks.

sustanon 250mg every 5 days.
alternate 2 weeks clen and 2 weeks t-3.
i also like 50mg pure effedrine and caffeine pre workout as it not only shreds you but also "psyches" you.

clean diet, high protein, moderate carbs, moderate fat.

a.m cardio at least twice a week is the key.

don't worry about bulking at 28% bf.
when you're down to 10-15 percent, then you can worry about bulking.

you're 3-6 months away from 10-15 percent but play hard eat hard and pump hard and you'll be there dude.
 
Your going to have tons of options on a cutting cycle but this is what i have in mind:

Week 1-12 Test Prop @ 100-150 EOD
Week 1-10 EQ @ 400-600mg/week
Week 6-12 Winny @ 25-50mg/day
Then get on Clomid

You could even throw in some Clen, but i think this will work for you. With this cycle you will still put on a little weight and if you clean up your diet you will drop your bodyfat in no time!!! You could even switch the EQ for some Fina!!! Hope this helps man!!

I've never juiced before.I've been tossing the idea around for the last year, cruising different sites, reading posts,talking to people. the usual shit! It wasnt untill I screwed up my shoulder and elbow. I continued the diet I had always enjoyed while going to the gym not realizing the shit was creeping up on me. Started drinking alot of beer just sitting around ,now I look in the mirror and I wanna cry!!
Anyway I'm over 30 And its getting harder than hell to work out like I used to and I thought now would be a good time to give AS a try what the hell I'm not young anymore its not as easy as it used to be. Besides my body is a virgin pin cushion just waiting to get juiced.
I've only recently decided to make this choice and of course have no source. So I guess a few months on the boards and maybe that will all change, I hope.
