Does anyone trying to get in 4,000 calories + find it a fucking chore to eat 8 times a day!! Damn it...I cant leave my house, as whole food is better than shakes for me and I like mine HOT!

Also,

Why do so many who are trying to put on lean mass switch over to P/F meals anytime other than prebed? Makes little sense to me especially if you are training in the am as your body needs to REPAIR!! My theory is

I bulk on 7500+ calories/day and never had a problem doing it.I"m rarely home during the day so I have to pack a couple coolers with all my food.
 
Every Diet post you have is a RANT.

Settle down bro, do what works for YOU, and stop trying to find (1) perfect diet for eveyone (including yourself)

We're all different.......................(thank God)
 
Are you married?


I get my wife to help me, with the basics like buying fish, chicken and meat, water.


Then on Sunday afternoon I usually barbeque everything that is not moving,


Stuff it in the freezer.


Fresh vegetables are readily available where I live. Usually just buy every other day.


Also my wife is from Western China and will cook special high protein meals on a regular basis. Otherwise the monotony will drive you nuts.
 
Single but I do the same thing...just hate eating out of tuppaware in the car or in public as it's just as rude as talking on your cell imo

if you train in the am, do you cut your carbs anytime before prebed? or do you go pro/fat/carb in every meal???
 
I will plan my meals around family events,everbody else can deal with it!! If they think your being rude then it"s rude of them to judge you.I eat costant all day.

The most important aspect of this sport is attitude.

You have a great attitude, so keep it up.


I don’t want to be a wet blanket, but I have lived every diet, training cycle, supplement, used & abused every gear ever made.

Guess what I don’t even think about it, I just eat protein all the time, and compensate with the gym. And I am still gaining and growing.

My cycles, diets, gear, training has all become so much simpler, I guess it’s a way of life, but I don’t have to think about it.

it wasnt until i simplified EVRYTHING that it all started to make sense and tie together....so you have to eat out of tupperware sometimes big deal there are people in life whom have to eat out of a garbage can to survive...

just do what works for YOU!

dextrose/gatorade
oats
yams
and CHEATS!

I have done 7000Kcal in 6 meals. Gifuckingnormous drinks. Breakfast was discusting 1# of beef, 5 egg whites 3 whole and a cup and a half of oats. I puked it up many times. Fuck bulking...I will stay a lt /hvy now.

CHRIST! Cheers bro...how fat did you get? How bloated I should say?

So is my macro separation pretty acceptible on a lean bulk? It's so damn hard getting these meals in...I used to enjoy eating, but I'm not even eating that much and still feel bloated....weight is going up very quickly as I am prob. around 3,500...but this week I need to forget the abs and hit 4200 no questions!

I'm eating around the same kcal a day. It was hard for me at first, but as I stuffed more in at each meal, and stretched my stomach, it gets easier.

Now I can get it all in at only three meals a day, if I need to, but I normally go fo four.

My meals are something like, lb of meat or fish, lots of carbs, lots of whole milk, veges, fruits, and nuts.

I took a tip from competitive eaters, and tried to get each meal in under a certain time limit (15 minutes), so I don't have to spend all of my day eating.

Works for me at least :D
 
get a 2qt juice bottle and fill it with 10 scoops of whey protien and drink it thruout the day. theres an extra 1,300 cal and 200 grams of protien for you.
