bulk diet put on too much fat, want to cut up now

I tried doing a bulk diet but it put too much fat on me. Now I want to start over and I will be cutting down. I'd rather be lean and small than big and fat. Here are my meals:

meal 1
1 can tuna
2 tbsp mayonnaise

meal 2
2 scoops whey
2 tbsp natural peanut butter

meal 3
1 can tuna
2 slices fat-free cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise

meal 4
8 egg whites
2 tbsp mayonnaise

meal 5
2 scoops whey
2 tbsp natural peanut butter

meal 6
8 egg whites
2 tbsp mayonnaise

meal 7
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese

total
cals/fat/carbs/pro
1757/85/29/219

my question is is the fat and carbs too high and is there anything else i can add or substitute in that meal plan?

23-yr-old male, 218lbs, 5'10, 15%bf (probably higher)
 
I would say you need more calories, if you are taking in close to 1800 you need to up that at least 500 cal...add some healthy fat (EFA) to the diet.

EFA's like: flaxseed oil, sesamese seed oil, sunflowerseed oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil
