I think I have decent traps, and the middle of my back down to the lower is pretty defined and thick from deadlifting and back extensions. Lats are doing great from lot and lots of pull ups. I've noticed, however, that my upper middle back is lacking in thickness. Maybe I don't do enough rows. I only 3 sets of 10,8,6. Could someone post up a routine that would alleviate this weak point.
