is there anyway possible to target my bottom four because the top two are a lot bigger and i think i would have a 6 pack by now if they werent so undertrained.

heh, sorry. They actually work your hip flexors with abs stabilizing the movement.

If you are at 6-7% bodyfat and can't see all of your abs, obliques, and striations in most of your muscles, you need a new bodyfat testing method.Lee said:
