Building The Perfect Beast PT.2 Evaluation

Very respectable author!! " Works with some top level pros. Along the same lines as what Chad Nichols advocates, and Chad has worked with the best of the best. Author L. Rea emphasizes overall health as much as he does gaining muscle. The crazy things he suggests..are what probably every top pro are doing. And...with the whole idea on shorter cycles...Rea believes that any cycle lasting longer than around 6 weeks...will saturate the body to much..and his philosophy is that for every "action"(doing steroids) there is a "reaction"(i.e.estrogen related sides/liver damage/etc.) and when doing the longer cycles..the reactions out weigh the actions...if you get what i'm saying. His protocols do sounds extreme...especially when it comes to site-injections...but none of us would be here if we werent' extreme!! Great book..and i read it everyday...cause it is a very tough read.

What top pro's go on for only 6 weeks? None that I see. Toney Freeman isn't working with him anymore and I don't consider him a top pro anyway. I respect Rea's intelligence, I just don't agree with his theories. Chad doesn't advocate short cycles either. Ronnie doesn't use 6 weeks cycles. I can guarantee that. He takes several months off after the O and doesn't even train. After that it's 9 month run to the O.

You missed L. Rea's point. All of his "beasts" go on for about 30-35 days. Most of his cycles utilize short acting esters. The first half of the cycle consist of a high androgenic environment...followed by a nice transition into a highly anabolic environment. His cycles are VERY DETAILED and include pct during and immediatly after. Around day 42....he proclaims the system is completely ready to go again. Hence...almost being on year round bub. His book hasn't completely got'n through to me. I've been re-reading and re-reading and the some of his points are still sticky w/me. I'm not saying I believe every word that comes out of the mans mouth...but I do think he truely knows his shit. As far as toney freeman goes...I think tony has a awesome physique, he just doesn't get the call out he deserves, and is a lil tall to really put on size like a ronnie coleman.

You know I disagree with the shorter cycles for myself. I've never had a problem recovering from 16 week cycles.

We could argue all day on this. Like I said, if it is working for you... I have no issue with you continuing with longer cycles. I am not vehemently opposed to them... for me, my approach is better. I spend zero dollars on ancillaries (other than some nolvadex) and like to keep it that way.

Then again, my goals may be different...I have gone through my be big as shit phase... I was up to 247 at 5' 10" at about 9-10%BF. I now weigh about 225 and dropping... I am training and planning to compete in MMA and 225 at 5' 10" is too heavy... 205 at about 5% should do the trick.

Been reading George's emails on this text. Anyone out there read it and give a good evaluation on it. Is it worth the money, if so for newbies, or can those rather well educated benefit from it. To me sounded like at least it might be a good reference to have on the shelf.

thanks and k to all for input.

its definately worth a read for an experienced user. after i bought it i realised it was well beyond what i was looking for and bought his first book Chemical Muscle Enhancement. Now this book is excellent and give loads of information on drug profiles including AAS, anti Es, etc. i would definately recomend this book for all its info and as a reference.

That's kinda what I am think'n. I am going to give some of his "Perfect Beast" cycles a try, but most of them seem like a full time job! Might have to give his first book a read. Is this book much different than Anabolics 2005? If so, how?

I did the GH Slin cycle and fuck... I was a slave to insulin pins. The results were great... but it was just too much of a hassle sticking myself all the time. The worse part was taking the gh in my cool pack to work so I can get the dose at the right time...lol

Hey bro, I didn't mean anything derogatory about it. I know that we have different opinions. That's what makes the world interesting... ;) . BTW, I'm not trying to be huge either.

No offense taken... Like I said... juice seems to hit me fast... work real well for 6 weeks and then nothing... So I have found the shorter staggered approach works well for me. Obviously you still make gains after the 6 week mark, so more power to you.

I think in the future, when you reach your ultimate size goal, the short cycle approach may appeal to you.

1. Who are his beasts? 2. That's not on year round. If it works for you, that's cool, but that's not how the most successful BB's run their cycles. I think Freeman has a great physique too. He needs to fill it out a lot though and 6 week cycles aren't going to help him retain an additional 30 pounds of muscle.

i havent seen anablics 2005 so i cant compare. i can tell you that chemical muscle enhancement is like a reference book though with dozens of what i would say are pretty detailed drug profiles, not just on aas but anciliaries as well so very handy to have imo.
