Hi, Im new to this forum, I need some advice on building abs.I go to the gym about 3 times a week, currently I have built most of my upper body up and now all I have is a flat stomach. Im about 184 cm, 17yrs, 80kg. I was wondering if anyone here can give me some advice or exercises to build up the abs in about 2 months and even a diet if necessary.
