Building Abs

Hi, Im new to this forum, I need some advice on building abs.I go to the gym about 3 times a week, currently I have built most of my upper body up and now all I have is a flat stomach. Im about 184 cm, 17yrs, 80kg. I was wondering if anyone here can give me some advice or exercises to build up the abs in about 2 months and even a diet if necessary.

you need resistance...endless sets get pretty pointless after a while
 
DO you lift legs 3x's a week?
DO you lift chest 3x's a week?
DO you lift back 3X's a week?
you follow?
abdominals are a muscle just like your chest, just like your back, just like your legs.......etc......Treat them the same.

Well im kinda of new to the abdominal area, what exercises besides just plain situps will build them up, and my other question was do I need a strict diet.
 
Well I dont really have a diet, but I mainly eat eggs and steak and fruit, and I drink only juice
Gym:

Monday
I do my back and biceps

Tuesday
I do chest and triceps

Thursday
I do shoulders and legs

Note: For each exercise I do its 3 sets of 10reps, Start off light on first set, then I do medium on 2nd set, then hard on 3rd set,
 
If you want to get big, you need to build more than just chest and arms.

Look my signature.. . . .these are exercises that you need.

Are you squatting? Incline Pressing? Rowing?
 
Well my goal is to get big, I am very dedicated, I want to build up mostly my chest arms and abs. Im not sure if this program will work, that is why I came to you guys. Im new to this whole scenario.

Building only your chest and arms will have you very asymmetrical. Build your chest enough, and leave your back alone, and the muscles can pull the shoulders forward, leaving you with quite the imbalance.

Looks like you are at square #1.

First thing you need to do is visit your local Barnes and Noble and pick up a training book that describes how to perform exercises.

Study some anatomy and physiology.

Study the basic principles of nutrition and rest.

You need to research before asking questions how to get bigger and stronger. . . .this entire process is too long to explain on a message board.
