The guy that I got my stones from yesterday had built most of his own equipment. I should have taken a lot more pics but I was 1/2 way on my 12 hour trip with only about 2-3 hours of sleep and my balls were all jammed into my truck tightly
He had made his own sled from wood...in about 20 minutes.
He basically had 3 tires to flip, some stones, a log that weighed 200 pounds empty, a couple bars, a walkout squat rack, and a shed where he did deadlifts. I could not even fit into his shed. No windows, no electricity. An 8' x 8' wooden shed with a 6' ceiling...and a bar that sit on a pile of dirt.
His super yoke was made out of wood and plumbing pipe and had recently broken. ALL of his training was done outdoors...and he ONLY did his deadlifts in the shed. His squats and overhead presses were done outside in the heat, snow, ice, and rain...
This is the front of his house...
