1 oz grilled chix
peppers and onions
2 T low sodium tomato sauce
2 slice ww double fiber bread

I've got to make some new goals, once this move is out of the way. It's too hard to try to concentrate on both right now. I'm giving myself permission to slide a little the next 3 weeks, then hopefully it's back on it by February.
That totally sucks. I hope the ice pack will help and if you don't feel the pain going down, take some ibuprofen and please do go to see a doctor.
